Cabinet signs off on funds for floods compensation and long-term weather prediction service

The Cabinet has signed off on a range of measures to alleviate the problems caused by the flooding crisis.

€10m is being provided to assist with the clean-up, while funds will also go into a long-term weather prediction service.
