Irish students sue Berkeley balcony owner, builder and manager for emotional distress

Some of the Irish students who witnessed the Berkeley balcony collapse are suing the owner, builder and manager of the building for emotional distress.

The latest action is being brought by a number of students who were not hurt in the incident - which killed six students and injured 7 others.
