Three men arrested after armed raid on Dublin post office released without charge
Three men arrested in connection with an armed raid on a Dublin post office have been released without charge.
Staff and customers at the branch at Leonard's Corner on Clanbrassil St were threatened with a crowbar at lunchtime yesterday.
A gang of three men also brandished a knife during the attack, but fled on foot when they failed to open the safe.
Gardaí arrested three men in a relation to the incident in a nearby flat a short time afterwards.
They have now been released without charge late last night and a file is being prepared for the DPP.
