New Rent Reforms not 'family-friendly' says Fianna Fáil

Fianna Fáil has said Government rent reforms have failed to deliver 'family-friendly' leases and has called the Government's package of reforms for the rental sector an 'administrative nightmare'.

Among the measures announced yesterday are two year rent freezes for tenants and tax incentives for landlords who take social welfare recipients.
