Rail-strike talks to resume as three-hour stoppage looms tomorrow

Last-minute talks to avert a second train drivers' strike at Iarnrod Éireann are resuming this morning.

The negotiations over pay and productivity broke up last night without reaching an agreement between unions and management at Irish Rail.
