Murphy asks Taoiseach if he is aware of Gardaí spying on water charge protestors

A TD has asked the Taoiseach to state whether he is aware of Garda units spying on water charge protestors.

Paul Murphy has raised concerns that demonstrators, including the TD himself, have been under surveillance in a project called 'Operation Misen'.
