Update: Missing Cork woman found safe and well

Update: 9.30am Monday Sep 7, 2015 Niamh Brickley has been found safe and well.

Niamh’s family told the Evening Echo that the efforts of hundreds of people to share her photo on social media and keep the information flowing had been invaluable and that they were incredibly appreciative and thankful to the Cork public for looking out for their loved one.

A woman has gone missing from her home in Cork.

Niamh Brickley, aged 37, of Pearse Rd, Ballyphehane, in Cork was last seen at 4am yesterday morning.

She left her house on Pearse Rd on September 5, and was wearing a navy jumper, blue jeans and blue Nike runners.

She is described as 5ft 6 inches in height, stocky build with shoulder-length black hair and blue eyes.

Niamh's family and Gardaí are very concerned for her and are appealing for anyone who may have seen her or may have any information to contact Togher Garda Station on 021-4947120, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda station.
