Varadkar expected to unveil plan to expand free GP care

The Health Minister Leo Varadkar is expected to unveil plans for free GP care for everyone under the age of 18 this evening.

Leo Varadkar will pledge that, if Fine Gael is returned to Government after the next election, the party will include the measure as part of a new Programme for Government.
