HIQA report shows serious breaches at a Leitrim community hospital

A new HIQA report has shown serious breaches of regulations at a County Leitrim community hospital caring for elderly patients.

Inspectors found that in some cases residents at St Patrick's Community Hospital in Carrick-on-Shannon were only offered a bath or shower once a month.
