Cabinet to discuss Victims Rights Bill today

The Cabinet will discuss a proposed new law for victims of crime at its weekly meeting today.

If enacted, the Criminal Justice (Victims Rights) Bill 2015 would allow the victims of crime to question DPP decisions, as well as giving them a right to know when criminals are released from custody.
