The Central Bank has reportedly abandoned plans to install a multi-million Euro heating system in its new headquarters.

Pipes were laid for 'geothermal wells' by the original builder who planned a state-of-the-art HQ for Anglo Irish Bank on Dublin's North Wall Quay.
