HSE ensure St. Patrick's patients' safety

The HSE has said that immediate steps have been taken to ensure the safety of residents at a unit for people with intellectual disabilities in Kilkenny, which has been de-registered by HIQA.

Our Lady's Unit, St. Patrick's Centre at Kells Road, Co. Kilkenny, has been struck off the register for 28 days.
