Nama said it is studying yesterday’s Supreme Court ruling, which saw it lose its five-year legal battle to prevent information about its functions being made available to members of the public.

The Supreme Court yesterday unanimously rejected arguments from the agency, which claimed that it is not a public authority subject to freedom of environmental information requests.
