€8.5m final settlement for boy who suffered injuries at birth

The High Court has approved an €8.5m final settlement for a 12-year-old boy who suffered catastrophic birth injuries at the Coombe Hospital.

Eoin Dunne from Malahide in Dublin has dyskinetic cerebral palsy, is wheelchair dependent, and cannot communicate verbally.
