Denis O'Brien seeking injunction against RTÉ 'as a matter of principle'

The High Court has heard that Denis O'Brien is trying to stop RTÉ reporting on his loan arrangements with IBRC "as a matter of principle".

The businessman also believes that revealing confidential details of his loan facilities with the State-owned bank will damage him commercially.
