Man charged in connection with Limerick shooting

A man has been charged in connection with the shooting and wounding of a man in Limerick City last Saturday.

Jason Frenye (aged 22) of no fixed abode, appeared before a special sitting of Limerick District Court in Kilmallock, charged with possession of a sawn-off shotgun, with intent to endanger life.
