Child abuse inquiry to include three more institutions in the North

The inquiry into historical child abuse in the North has been extended to include three more institutions.

The inquiry will now investigate Hydebank Young Offenders' Centre in Belfast, as well as two former homes in Derry - Fort James and Harberton House.
