Daly tells Dáil of garda ordered to claim he did not witness shooting

The Dáil has heard details of new allegations of Garda malpractice.

Deputy Clare Daly has revealed details of one claim which she says is being ignored by an internal review group, involving the shooting of a civilian by gardaí.
