Brian O’Donnell judgement due this morning

Solicitor Brian O’Donnell’s legal battle over the Gorse Hill mansion in South Dublin is due for judgment at the Court of Appeal this morning.

He is appealing a High Court ruling that gave Bank of Ireland a trespass order requiring him and his wife to leave the property.
