Fianna Fáil has published a Bill to set up a dedicated "public order unit" in Dublin, to crack down on public disorder and anti-social behaviour in the city.

The Bill allows for the establishment of a special unit within the Gardaí to clean up the city, target blatant substance abuse on the streets and crack down on violent and intimidating behaviour on public transport and in public areas.
