Brian O'Donnell's legal battle to finish today
Solicitor Brian O'Donnell's legal battle over his south Dublin mansion Gorse Hill will return to the Court of Appeal later.
Judge Mary Finlay Geoghegan has warned that the matter must be finished today.
Mr O'Donnell and his wife Mary Patricia owe Bank of Ireland more than €70m and are appealing a High Court trespass order over the Gorse Hill house in Killiney.
The court is expected to hear the bank's side of the story when it sits this afternoon.
