Brian O'Donnell trespass appeal underway
Solicitor Brian O'Donnell's appeal against a High Court trespass order is underway.
Mr O'Donnell - who owes Bank of Ireland more than €70m - has accused the lender of "setting fire" to his businesses around the world and using "brutal tactics".
The solicitor is representing himself at the Court of Appeal this afternoon. He has been told by Ms Justice Finlay Geoghegan that his wife Mary Patricia will also have to appear in court herself.
Lawyers for the bank say there is no legal basis for Mr O'Donnell's appeal.
