Brian O'Donnell's stay at Gorse Hill extended until Thursday
Solicitor Brian O'Donnell will be allowed to stay at the Gorse Hill mansion in South Dublin for another 6 days.
Mr O'Donnell, who owes Bank of Ireland over €70 million, will have his appeal against a trespass order heard next Thursday.
He told the Court of Appeal that the original High Court deadline of 5pm today was 'unjust and unlawful'.
Brian O'Donnell has now returned to Gorse Hill and will be preparing to represent himself in court once again for Thursday's appeal.
