The Court of Appeal will sit this morning to hear solicitor Brian O'Donnell's application for an appeal of the trespass order granted against him.

The Court of Appeal will sit this morning to hear solicitor Brian O'Donnell's application for an appeal of the trespass order granted against him.

Yesterday, the High Court ruled that Mr O'Donnell and his wife Mary Patricia were trespassing at the Gorse Hill mansion in South Dublin and ordered him to leave by 5pm today.

Mr O'Donnell owes the Bank of Ireland over €70m.

The appeal hearing will begin at 10am this morning.
