O'Donnell looking to cross-examine receiver

The legal battle over solicitor Brian O’Donnell’s Gorse Hill mansion in South Dublin is set to return to the courts this morning.

The solicitor, who owes Bank of Ireland more than €70m, wants to be allowed to cross-examine the receiver in the case.
