Judgment reserved in Brian O’Donnell trespass proceedings

The High Court has reserved judgment in trespass proceedings against solicitor Brian O'Donnell.

Earlier, representatives for the Bank of Ireland told the Court that Mr O'Donnell had no "legal basis" for his "Walter Mitty" assertions that he had a right to reside at the Gorse Hill mansion in Killiney, South Dublin.
