Solicitor Brian O'Donnell's application to have the Judge at his High Court hearing recuse himself from the case has been rejected.

Bank of Ireland and receivers are seeking a trespass injunction against Mr O'Donnell and his wife Mary Patricia over the family's Gorse Hill home in South Dublin.

Mr O'Donnell has told the court that he has journalists camped outside the Killiney property, and that the matter is "an absolute circus".
