Labour Party backs Penrose Personal Insolvency Bill

The Parliamentary Labour Party this evening unanimously voted to back Willie Penrose's Personal Insolvency Bill.

The party have that the Bill seeks to level the playing field as well as counter-balance the banks and financial institutions dominance in dealing with people who are in negative equity.
