Gardaí investigate ‘crudely made’ viable bomb in Limerick
Gardaí have appealed for information after a "crudely made" bomb was discovered outside a house in Limerick last night.
The bomb, described by gardaí as a "viable device", was found outside a house on Upper Gerald Griffin Street at around 9.30pm.
There were a number of people inside the house at the time.
The device was made safe by the Army Bomb Disposal Team.
