Apple reseller to create 20 jobs

Twenty jobs are being created by iConnect, it has been announced.

The company, which specialises in reselling Apple products, has acquired Galway company Screenway.

iConnect will retain Screenway's 10 staff and recruit 20 education specialists positions "expanding out of Galway and operating nationwide".

iConnect is planning to roll out iPads in primary and secondary schools across the country and educate teachers and students on effective learning using technology.

The firm currently employs 60 people.
