Dublin housing scheme dispute resolved
A dispute over the opening of a multi-million euro housing scheme for older people in Dublin has been resolved.
Fr Scully House in Dublin's inner city has been lying empty for several months due to the row between Dublin City Council and the Catholic Housing Aid Society.
The organisations were at odds over completion costs and rents to be charged to 99 residents.
As part of the deal, the Society has agreed to lower rents to levels agreed with the City Council.
