Court awards brain damaged boy, 8, €13.5m in damages

The High Court has awarded a €13.5m lump sum to an eight-year-old Co Cork boy brain damaged at birth.

Gill Russell from Aghada, is in a wheelchair, needs 24 hour care and can only communicate with his eyes.
