Man due in court after alleged sexual assault on woman in her 70s

A man is due in court tonight to be charged with a sexual assault on a pensioner in Co Kerry.

The 23-year-old was arrested yesterday morning over the attack, which allegedly took place in Co Kerry, last September.

The victim is believed to be a woman in her 70s.

He is due to appear before a sitting of Killorglin District Court at 8.15pm.
