McGrath demands apology after alleged 'eff off' comment from Kelly in Dáil chamber

Environment Minister Alan Kelly has been accused of swearing at another TD in the Dáil.

It is believed Alan Kelly told his Tipperary colleague Mattie McGrath to "Eff off" during a debate on Irish Water.
