Skull found on north Dublin beach

Investigations are underway after a human skull and a bone were found on a Dublin beach.

Gardaí say the skull appears to have been in the water for some time.

The remains were found on a north Dublin beach yesterday afternoon.

Both have been removed to the morgue to be examined.
