Varadkar to advertise for 200 consultants as HSE prepares to launch service plan

Targeted measures to tackle waiting lists are expected to be announced as part of the HSE's service plan for next year this morning.

Plans to recruit hundreds of extra doctors and nurses, as well as the expansion of cancer services will also be announced.
