Gardaí appeal for information after 68-yr-old stabbed in Cork burglary

Gardaí investigating an aggravated burglary at the home of a pensioner in Cork are appealing for witnesses.

A 68-year-old man returned to his home on the Cross Douglas Road at around 4.30pm yesterday, to find a male intruder inside.
