Flanagan concerned by Ask.fm plans to move to Ireland

Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade Charlie Flanagan has said he is "concerned" over plans by social networking site Ask.fm to move to Ireland.

The Latvian-based site is planning to move to Ireland in the coming months as part of a takeover by Ask.com
