Google Ireland chief on tax loophole closure: We're committed

Google has responded to the phasing out of the so called "double-Irish" tax loophole over the next five years.

A statement from the Head of Google in Ireland, John Herlihy, said "it is for governments to decide the law and for companies to comply with it".

He said Google is deeply committed to Ireland and will work to implement the changes as they become law.
