Ten years after the murder of Rachel O'Reilly, her husband Joe O'Reilly is applying to have his conviction for her murder declared a miscarriage of justice.

The 30-year-old, mother of two was beaten to death in a bedroom at her home in the Naul in North Dublin on October 4, 2004.
