Ten years after the murder of Rachel O'Reilly, her husband Joe O'Reilly is applying to have his conviction for her murder declared a miscarriage of justice.

MURDER accused Joe O’Reilly passed up a chance to apply for bail, yesterday, at his second court appearance since being charged with the killing of his wife Rachel.

THE body of Rachel O’Reilly, the mother of two who was murdered at her home last year, was exhumed yesterday on foot of a fresh lead uncovered in the past seven days.
