Kenny: Ireland respects Scotland's decision, will 'closely follow' devolution

Enda Kenny said people will be watching closely to see what changes are implemented in Scotland after it rejected independence.

“The people of Scotland have spoken. We respect their democratic decision that Scotland should remain as part of the United Kingdom,” he said.
