Council exempts elderly and disabled from beach driving ban
A permanent driving and parking ban on Dollymount beach in Dublin is to be lifted for disabled people and clubs who regularly use the beach.
The ban has been put in place to stop cars from driving onto the popular Dublin beachfront for health and safety reasons.
