Burton: Govt to use Budget to deliver jobs

The Tánaiste and Social Protection Minister, Joan Burton, admits too many people remain out of work.

It comes as latest figures show just over a quarter of a million people are unemployed in Ireland as the rate of joblessness continues to slide.
