High-quality fake €20 notes circulating in six counties

Retailers and consumers are being warned to be on the lookout for fake €20 notes.

Gardaí are advising that high-quality forgeries of €20 notes have been making their way onto the market in Dublin, Limerick, Cork, Waterford, Tipperary and Kildare.
