Dairy Council advises against keeping milk in fridge door during warm weather

Householders are being reminded not to store their milk in the door of their fridge after complaints that it seems to sour within days of being opened.

The Irish Dairy Council has reacted to complaints that milk seems to go off within a few days despite the use-by date indicating it should last a week.
