Man shot in Cork

A man in his twenties has been arrested following a shooting in Cork.

It's understood the victim, also in his twenties, was shot a number of times in the arms by a gunman on a motorbike.

It happened in the Hollyhill area of the city.

He was taken to the Mercy Hospital where he's being treated for minor injuries.

Gardaí arrested another man - he's being questioned at Gurranabraher Garda Station.
