Irishman killed in Germany while fleeing police after stabbing three people

Two people remain in a serious condition after an Irishman reporrtedly stabbed three people in a violent rampage in northern Germany, before he was himself killed while fleeing from police.

The man, who in his 20s and armed with a knife, was hit by a car and killed as he tried to cross a busy motorway.
