EPA report reveals nine company directors brought to court over environmental breaches
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has said it has brought nine company directors before the courts for breaches of environmental standards.
Publishing its Focus on Environmental Enforcement in Ireland report for 2009-2012 today, the EPA added it wants to see enforcement expertise and experience of local authorities harnessed to yield more efficient outcomes at regional level.
