Burton: Inquiry will examine 'all relevant matters' in Garda Tapes controversy

A Government minister has said she expects "all relevant matters" to fall within the remit of the inquiry set up to investigate the Garda Tapes controversy.

The Cabinet is expected to agree terms of reference for Mister Justice Fennelly's probe when they meet tomorrow.
